Tyshone Roland

For nearly a decade, Tyshone has traveled the world carrying that mission to churches, conferences, and large-scale evangelistic events across the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Canada, and beyond. He has served on staff at some of the most influential churches in the nation, including Elevation Church, Free Chapel, and Celebration Church, and those years shaped in him a deep conviction that the local church is God's primary vehicle for reaching the world.

His heart is not complicated. He wants to see people saved, rooted in a local church, and walking fully in their God-given purpose. That conviction is what gave birth to Project Salvation, a crusade-based evangelism movement committed to taking the gospel to every city, every stage, and every person willing to listen.

Tyshone does not do this alone. He and his wife, Victoria, are building this mission together as a family. Victoria serves alongside him in the work, and together they are raising their daughter, Reverie, in the middle of everything God is doing. For the Rolands, ministry is not a career. It is a way of life.
