About Project Salvation

Project Salvation was a vision the Lord gave Tyshone Roland during a time of prayer. First came the name. Then, a few months later, in the middle of the night in the parking lot of a church, God revealed the mission.

Project Salvation is what happens when evangelism meets the local church. We go to cities, preach the gospel, and see people saved. Then we make sure those people end up connected to a pastor, planted in a community, and walking in everything God saved them for. The dream is not just thousands of salvations. The dream is thousands of new believers filling local churches - and local churches growing because of what God did in a single night.

Tyshone spent years serving on staff at some of the most effective local churches in the country - Elevation Church, Free Chapel, and Celebration Church. In those years, he learned how to manage thousands of people through systems and processes, whether that was serving as a Guest Experience Director at Elevation Church and getting first-time visitors connected, or walking alongside young believers as a Youth Pastor and watching them mature in their faith. Those years taught him that systems and integration are not just helpful - they are essential to getting people truly rooted. As an evangelist, he now takes those same systems into every city Project Salvation enters. That is why his heart has never left the local church. Through Project Salvation, we are doing both - reaching the lost and strengthening the church.

In just one year of ministry, we have already reached over 10,000 people and saved and connected over 2,000 to local churches. We have watched the Lord confirm His word through miracle after miracle - lives transformed, families restored, and churches growing with new believers who found God at a Project Salvation service. And we are just getting started.
