Statement of faith

What we believe.

The convictions behind every service, every altar call, and every city on the tour.

01

The Bible

The Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. Written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit, Scripture is truth without error and completely sufficient for every area of life. We believe the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments are God's full revelation of Himself to humanity. Because it is God-breathed, the Bible is our final authority — not tradition, not culture, not personal experience. We hold to its literal, historical meaning and preach it line upon line, precept upon precept, from Genesis to Revelation.

2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21

02

The Trinity

We believe in one living and true God, eternally existing as three equally and fully divine Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Though each member of the Trinity serves a distinct role in creation and redemption, they share the same nature, the same power, and the same authority. God has existed in relationship within Himself for all eternity, and it is in Him that we live, move, and exist.

Matthew 28:19–20; John 1:1–4

03

God the Father

God the Father is the Creator of all things and the sovereign Ruler over all creation, providence, and redemption. He is all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, and unchanging. He is completely worthy of our trust and, above all, holy. He is also our Father — loving, compassionate, and faithful to His people and His promises. He upholds all things by the Word of His power and governs history for His glory.

Colossians 1:17; Hebrews 1:3; Revelation 4:11

04

God the Son

Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, He entered human history moved by love in accordance with the Father's will. He lived a sinless life — the only life that could satisfy God's demand for perfection — and died on the cross as our substitute, shedding His blood as the sole and complete payment for sin. He rose bodily from the dead three days later, ascended to the Father's right hand, and is now the Head of the Church and the only Mediator between God and man. He is coming again in power and glory to complete His redemptive mission.

John 1:1, 14; 1 Timothy 3:16; Romans 8:34

05

God the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is God, fully equal with the Father and the Son. He convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He draws people to repentance, and at the moment of salvation, He imparts new life, seals the believer, and permanently takes up residence within them. The Holy Spirit guides believers into all truth, comforts, equips, empowers, and distributes spiritual gifts for service and Christlike living. His presence within us is the assurance of our relationship with Christ and the guarantee of our inheritance.

John 16:8; Romans 8:9–17; 1 Corinthians 12:4–13; Ephesians 1:13–14

06

Salvation

Salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ. The blood He shed on the cross is the only sufficient payment for sin, fully satisfying the righteous wrath of God on behalf of all who repent and place their faith in Him. Salvation is a gift of God's grace — it cannot be earned, achieved, or maintained by human effort. At salvation, the believer is declared righteous before God, made a new creation by the Holy Spirit, and secured as an adopted child of God forever. Genuine saving faith produces a transformed life that continues in love, obedience, and eagerness to glorify God.

Romans 8:37–39; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Ephesians 2:8–9

07

Eternity

People were created to exist forever. Every person will spend eternity in one of two realities: eternally separated from God in Hell, or eternally united with God in Heaven. Hell is real, conscious, and eternal — the just consequence of unrepentant sin. Heaven is real, joyful, and eternal — the full experience of God's presence in the new Heaven and new earth. We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people and in the visible, personal, premillennial return of Jesus Christ, which we eagerly await.

1 Thessalonians 4:13–18; Acts 1:9–11; Revelation 21:1–4

08

Humanity

People are made in the image and likeness of God — uniquely created, possessing dignity, and worthy of respect and love. God created humanity to know Him, glorify Him, and enjoy fellowship with Him. But through disobedience, mankind became separated from God and is unable to restore that relationship through personal effort or moral achievement. Every person stands in need of the grace of God and the salvation that is only found in Jesus Christ.

Genesis 1:26–27; Romans 3:23; 5:12

09

The Church

The Church is a community of believers unified through faith in Jesus Christ. Upon placing faith in Christ, every believer is made part of His Body — the universal Church, of which He is the Head. We believe Scripture calls believers to gather locally to worship, pray, grow in the Word, share in fellowship, observe the ordinances of baptism and communion, and carry the gospel to the world. The Church exists to glorify Christ and to fulfill the Great Commission — making disciples of all nations.

Matthew 28:18–20; Ephesians 1:22–23; Acts 2:42–46

Our mission

Seek the lost. Reach the strayed.

We believe God created humanity to glorify Himself and enjoy His fellowship. We believe it is the aim, duty, and privilege of every believer and every ministry to respond to the Great Commission with urgency, faith, and obedience. At Project Salvation, everything we do is driven by one calling: to seek the lost, reach the strayed, and see people come into a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

"I will seek the lost, and I will bring back the strayed, and I will bind up the injured, and I will strengthen the weak."
— Ezekiel 34:16
