PROJECT SALVATION
WHAT ARE NIGHTS OF SALVATION?
Nights of Salvation are powerful evangelistic events designed to bring the message of Jesus Christ to communities through partnership between local churches and Project Salvation. These events aim to see hundreds of lives transformed by the gospel, with a focus on salvation and integrating new believers into the church community.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Project Salvation partners with local churches to host these special nights. Our team provides comprehensive service programming, including graphics, volunteer strategies, and communication plans. The local church provides the venue, partners in prayer and outreach, and appoints a staff member or volunteer as the point person to coordinate details during planning and execution.
VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT
Volunteers play a crucial role in making Nights of Salvation successful! All volunteers are required to watch an introductory video outlining their roles and responsibilities. Additionally, there will be three Zoom Calls:
Call #1: This call focuses on setting expectations, offering encouragement, and providing prayer support.
Call #2: In this call, we go over the power of invitation, the power of follow-up and assimilation, and how to keep those who get saved connected to the community.
Call #3: This is a 15-minute joint session with other participating churches, dedicated to prayer for each Night of Salvation happening that month.
THE EVANGELISTIC MESSAGE
Evangelist Tyshone Roland will deliver a powerful, gospel-centered message during each Night of Salvation. His sermon will address the depravity of man, the need for Christ, the opportunity for salvation, and the power to overcome sin through Jesus. This presentation is designed to resonate deeply with attendees and lead them to a life-changing decision.
SERVICE STRUCTURE
The Night of Salvation service will last approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, including a song opener, 3-4 worship songs, a gospel presentation, a service conclusion, and a giving moment.
All information about those who are saved will be given to the designated staff or volunteer point person for follow-up.
BEYOND THE NIGHT
Our goal is not just to see individuals saved but also to ensure that they are integrated into the church's life. One of the Zoom meetings will focus on strategies for assimilation, which might include hosting a follow-up event at the church, inviting new believers to the next weekend service, and providing them with resources to continue their spiritual journey.
